Contact
You can call, e-mail, or make use of the contact form to contact us. In order to be able to deal with your contact request, your name, e-mail address and telephone number, and the content of your question, will be processed and stored up to a maximum of 2 years after we last had contact with you. After that we will remove the data stored for this purpose.
If you are a customer of ours, we will contact you every now and again to discuss whether you are happy with the service we provide and whether we can do more for you. If you object, you can let us know at any time.
Service provision
If you request more information about our services, receive an offer, or if you, or the business you work for, use our services, your personal data will be necessary to perform the agreement. We will need the following data:
We store this data until the service has been terminated, and for a maximum of 7 years after that, in order to satisfy the statutory storage duty requirement of the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration.
If the service concerns services of one of our partners, we will also share your personal data with the partner referred to in the offer. In that case we will keep the application form up to 2 months after the application has been fully dealt with. We will keep a record of your order data for as long as you are our customer and up to 7 years after that. However, we do not process the information that is processed via the services of the partners (such as internet traffic).
Vvoice
If you make use of our commercial telephony services (landline or mobile), we process your personal data to perform the contract and in accordance with the Dutch Telecommunications Act. This means that we also process your commercial telephone traffic. We store this data as long as is required by the Dutch Telecommunications Act.
Website traffic
We measure the website traffic by means of cookies. We have a legitimate commercial interest in measuring and reading out statistics. This information will be kept for a maximum of 2 years.
In addition, we and our marketing partners like Google and YouTube, use marketing cookies on our website. We ask your consent to use these cookies by means of a cookie banner. This information is kept for a maximum of 2 years.
