PRIVACY STATEMENT

We, 3Bplus B.V., process your personal data carefully and safely. We have therefore formulated and implemented a statement to provide full transparency to our clients regarding the processing of personal data, the purpose(s) of the processing of personal data and the options for protecting your statutory rights as best as possible.

If anything changes regarding your personal data, we will modify this privacy statement. The privacy statement was last modified on 3 April 2024.

Personal data, purposes and principles

Contact

You can call, e-mail, or make use of the contact form to contact us. In order to be able to deal with your contact request, your name, e-mail address and telephone number, and the content of your question, will be processed and stored up to a maximum of 2 years after we last had contact with you. After that we will remove the data stored for this purpose.

If you are a customer of ours, we will contact you every now and again to discuss whether you are happy with the service we provide and whether we can do more for you. If you object, you can let us know at any time.

Service provision

If you request more information about our services, receive an offer, or if you, or the business you work for, use our services, your personal data will be necessary to perform the agreement. We will need the following data:

• Name
• Name of the company you work for, if necessary
• Job title (in the case of a commercial application)
• Address
• Date of birth
• Sex
• E-mail address
• Telephone number
• IBAN
• ID number (when applying for VodafoneZiggo services)
• Overview of orders

We store this data until the service has been terminated, and for a maximum of 7 years after that, in order to satisfy the statutory storage duty requirement of the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration.

If the service concerns services of one of our partners, we will also share your personal data with the partner referred to in the offer. In that case we will keep the application form up to 2 months after the application has been fully dealt with. We will keep a record of your order data for as long as you are our customer and up to 7 years after that. However, we do not process the information that is processed via the services of the partners (such as internet traffic).

Vvoice

If you make use of our commercial telephony services (landline or mobile), we process your personal data to perform the contract and in accordance with the Dutch Telecommunications Act. This means that we also process your commercial telephone traffic. We store this data as long as is required by the Dutch Telecommunications Act.

Website traffic

We measure the website traffic by means of cookies. We have a legitimate commercial interest in measuring and reading out statistics. This information will be kept for a maximum of 2 years.

In addition, we and our marketing partners like Google and YouTube, use marketing cookies on our website. We ask your consent to use these cookies by means of a cookie banner. This information is kept for a maximum of 2 years.

Other recipients of personal data

The transfer of personal data to other organisations is part of our service and is sometimes required by law. In order to provide our services, we make use of the services of:

• IT service providers (like the hosting party and the web designer)
• Our cookie partners (see under this privacy statement)
• The supplier of our SaaS services, like the telephony system, the CRM system, and our accounting system
• Outside consultants and contractors
• Our administration office
• Accountant
• Our partners, who perform the services on our behalf or on our instruction, or on whose behalf we perform assignments, like VodafoneZiggo.

We do not sell your data.

We have made a (processing) agreement with the organisations with whom we share personal data. In this processing agreement we agree with the organisation that they will guarantee the same level of security and confidentiality regarding your data.

We will not process your data outside of the European Economic Area.

Your privacy rights

You have certain rights under the privacy laws. Naturally these rights apply in your interactions with us. You can contact us to:

• gain insight into the personal data we have pertaining to you;
• have mistakes or outdated data corrected;
• withdraw consent;
• ask us to remove your data;
• restrict processing or to object to a specific processing operation;
• help with data portability, the right to transfer data.

You can exercise these rights by contacting us at algemeen@3bplus.nl. You will receive an answer from us within one month after the request has been submitted. Depending on the complexity and the number of visits, this term may be extended by two months.

We will do everything we can to help and inform you if you have questions. If you are not satisfied or we cannot find a solution together, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
