Ivo, who holds a degree in Engineering Physics, commenced his career at Casema, a precursor of Ziggo, where he specialized in product development and business services. More than a decade ago, he made a deliberate choice to join 3Bplus, attracted by the company's strong emphasis on personalized service. As a telecom consultant at 3Bplus, Ivo plays a pivotal role in providing expert advice across the entire telecom spectrum, from selecting the provider and network to optimizing the television setup.
Frank Steenvoorden
Since 2014, Frank, a graduate in commercial economics, has been applying his expertise within the fibre-optic industry. He specializes in selling fibre-optic connections and building/expanding private networks. Frank manages his own fibre optic contracting business, overseeing all operational matters, from planning to administration, human resources, and contractor management. Additionally, Frank plays a crucial role in the sale and installation of 3Bplus' TV and internet services.
Chantha Ham
With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chantha has gained valuable insights into the significance of offering hospitable service and cultivating positive interactions with customers. She now applies these qualities at 3Bplus, serving as an administrative assistant. Her responsibilities encompass financial checks and the preparation of invoices. Through her extensive administrative skills, Chantha contributes to maintaining an efficient and organized operational environment.
Max Veldhuisen
Despite his young age, Max already boasts six years of valuable experience in the telecom industry. He had the opportunity to grow within his family's own business, where he acquired extensive knowledge of various telecom services, especially those related to VodafoneZiggo. Max's extensive network and expertise led him to 3Bplus, where he plays a key role as the person responsible for fixed internet connections, fixed telephony (including VoIP), mobile services, and further focuses on TV-on-demand solutions.
